Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original heat-sealed packaging. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Return Process

Securely place the unopened product in its original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to ensure it arrives undamaged.

Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once received, our team will inspect the tamper-evident seals; approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
